Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore the platform fully during this period. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account access will be paused automatically — no charges will be made.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing & Subscription settings in your dashboard, or by emailing support@timebachalo.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until that date. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
3. Refund Policy
General Rule: No refunds after 7 days
We do not offer refunds on subscription fees after 7 days from the payment date, as the service is immediately available upon payment.
Exceptions where refunds may be considered:
- Within 7 days of first payment: If you are not satisfied and have not used the service substantially, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
- Annual plans — pro-rata refund: If you cancel an annual plan after 7 days but within the first 30 days, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused months, minus a processing fee of ₹500.
- Billing error: If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount), we will refund the excess amount in full within 5–7 business days.
- Service outage: If a verified outage of more than 24 consecutive hours occurred during your paid period, a pro-rata credit may be applied to your next billing cycle.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. The difference in price is not refunded for the current period.
5. Plan Upgrades
When you upgrade your plan, the new plan takes effect immediately. The unused portion of your current plan will be prorated and applied as a credit toward the new plan cost.
6. Account Suspension or Termination by Us
If we suspend or terminate your account for a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued. If we terminate your account for reasons not related to a policy violation (e.g., business closure on our end), a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription will be issued.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@timebachalo.com with:
- Your registered email address
- The Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
- The reason for the refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
